Dexter Manor Health and Wellness Center

Health and Wellness Center established at Providence Housing Authority elderly and disabled highrise through collaboration with PHA and Rhode Island College School of Nursing. Health screenings, one on one health topic education, group education sessions and referral services are provided on site.

Chad Brown Collaborative Member

Collaborative of organizations with shared goals of neighborhood transformation. Representative organizations are local police, social service agencies, mental health, after school programming, and job training and development organizations. Our purpose is work collaboratively in identifying need and provide programs and services through creative partnerships by establishing a forum for clear communication between organizations serving this population.
